The lifestyle + travel Story

To inspire and connect with the growing group of frequent-travelling professionals and their partners/families in the Asia Pacific region – and those from further afield who desire updates on this region – lifestyle + travel was launched in May 2004, distributed to newsstands around Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong. A year later, Dubai and the Gulf States was added to the magazine’s distribution network, as well as several Indochinese destinations. Shanghai was the latest hub to be added, in May 2006.

Not only is lifestyle + travel dedicated to those who love travelling, but this top-quality consumer publication celebrates the lifestyle of travel, catering to both the jet-setting breed of frequent regional/long-haul travellers, and a global audience interested in and inspired by the magazine’s intelligent, responsible-travel-slanted pan-Asia Pacific focus.

Featuring award-winning travel writing and photography of an exceptionally high standard – complemented by innovative design and layout – lifestyle + travel endeavours to portray the beauty of the world’s most intriguing places in a colourful and quirky way. The result is timeless, almost coffee table-style themed editions, out every two months.

As to the future, lifestyle + travel is committed to maintaining a funky, fresh and contemporary approach to travel publishing, while increasing its brand awareness throughout Asia Pacific and beyond. Distribution channels should be in place to many more North Asian destinations by January 2007, while we hope to distribute to the US and Europe when the time is right.
