The TIME RE:IMAGINED Collection comprises Glenfiddich single malt scotch that are 30, 40, and 50 years of age, each of which offers unique senses that are meticulously cultivated by the Malt Masters over the decades. Now that these single malts have reached the apex of their maturity, they are now ready to exquisitely gratify single malt enthusiasts. During the upcoming cool season months, Bangkok's one-MICHELIN-Starred modern-Thai restaurant, Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin at Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok unveils its new tantalising 16-serving 'Winter Journey', co-created by award-winning Chef Henrik Yde-Andersen and Senior Head Chef Chayawee Suthcharitchan. The menu is inspired by Chef Henrik's memories of his gastronomic experiences during his adventures, from Thailand to Japan and Europe, and creatively and tastefully portray his idea of the flavours of winter using finest seasonal ingredients. Dishes here are mainly made with locally-sourced ingredients and there are also a number of healthful options available.   WHY I’D RETURN I find this resort offers the right balance between selfcare and having fun ─ I can opt for wellness activities all day long, and then unwind with a delicious, refreshing cocktail in hand by the pool followed by a good meal.
