The culinary journey continued at basil with the “Miang Kham Bua Luang,” a delicate lotus petal wrap filled with fresh herbs and savory elements. This was followed by “Tiger Prawns and Blue Crab Rolls” with creamy galangal-coconut topping and basil dressing. A refreshing “Green Guava Sorbet” with basil seeds and salted plum offered a modern twist on a local favorite. This was followed by “Risotto al Carabinero e Champagne,” featuring flambéed Carabinero prawns, and “Filetto Di Vitella Alla ‘Rossini’,” a perfectly grilled veal tenderloin with foie gras and black truffle jus.

The experience culminated in “The Library” with “The Tree of Wealth,” a snack set inspired by Thai symbols of prosperity such as gold, pearls, and diamonds.
