When 12 renowned alumni chefs and one award-winning sommelier unite, Thai cuisine from all five regions is reimagined in a bold contemporary style.
The Dusit Thani College Alumni Association proudly presents “Journey of Flavor – A Twist for the Better Together”, an exclusive 7-course fine dining event that celebrates Thailand’s culinary heritage through innovation. Each course highlights locally sourced ingredients, supporting Thai farmers while presenting flavors in a refined and modern expression.
Expect an unforgettable gastronomic journey with dishes such as Stir-Fried Sea Bass with Salted Quail Egg and Chili Paste, Watermelon Tartare Tart, and Ruean Ruedeedee Sri Siam, among other masterfully crafted creations.

Ms.Jigger proudly welcomes back Chef Riley Sanders, the visionary behind the now-closed Canvas, a former one-MICHELIN-starred restaurant that helped redefine Bangkok’s fine dining landscape. This marks Chef Riley’s first public appearance in the kitchen since Canvas closed its doors. Café Claire Unveils a Fresh Take on Parisian Bistro Dining in Bangkok. Led by Executive Chef Remi Verrier, whose experience includes 3-Michelin-star kitchens, the new dishes celebrate classic French techniques paired with fresh, seasonal ingredients. The result is a modern French dining experience in the heart of Bangkok.
