In the heart of the vibrant city of Bangkok that never sleep, the Cross Culture Weekend is back! This one-of-a kind gathering is truly a celebration of culinary and mixology artistry. This edition shines a spotlight on the Philippines, inviting guests to explore the nation’s rich flavours and creative bar culture like no others.
Starting the exciting evening At Paii, sampling the creations of Chef Chang Magdaluyo of Kalamansi Kafe, (available from 6 PM – 11 PM) throughout the weekend. With more than 28 years of experience, the Pampanga-born chef is recognized for preserving and modernizing Filipino cuisine. Known for popularizing the boodle feast tradition and leading acclaimed restaurants in the Philippines, she now shares her passion in Bangkok through Kalamansi Kafe Sathorn and Kalamansi Kitchen Thonglor.
