New À La Carte Dishes at ALATi, Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok
ALATi at Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok has revealed an alluring array of à la carte dishes inspired by traditional recipes of the Mediterranean countries.
Crafted by Executive Chef Carlo Valenziano, the chef brings his unique gastronomic experiences across the region to the new flavourful collection of Mediterranean classic and contemporary cuisine, fusing his childhood favourites in Italy into his travels in Spain, France, and Turkey, reflecting his belief that ‘celebrating every day with the best food is life.’
The latest à la carte menu features freshly-baked flatbreats with fresh toppings; sharing menus with seafood on ice, charcuterie board, or healthful Middle Eastern mezze platter; a tempting list of salads and appetisers including Pulled French Spider Crab, Truffle Chicken Liver Pâté, and Salmon & Green Apple Tartare; a selection of mouth-watering main courses including pan-fried Salmon Trout, Duck Leg Confit, or Snow Fish with Avruga caviar and a touch of black truffle; tempting grills; and indulging sweets like Delizia al Limone or signature ALATi Knafeh.
