When 12 renowned alumni chefs and one award-winning sommelier unite, Thai cuisine from all five regions is reimagined in a bold contemporary style.
The Dusit Thani College Alumni Association proudly presents “Journey of Flavor – A Twist for the Better Together”, an exclusive 7-course fine dining event that celebrates Thailand’s culinary heritage through innovation. Each course highlights locally sourced ingredients, supporting Thai farmers while presenting flavors in a refined and modern expression.
Expect an unforgettable gastronomic journey with dishes such as Stir-Fried Sea Bass with Salted Quail Egg and Chili Paste, Watermelon Tartare Tart, and Ruean Ruedeedee Sri Siam, among other masterfully crafted creations.
