Culinary greatness is the only thing that can be thought of when Shang Palace at Shangri-La Bangkok and Path Singapore join forces for a tasty collaboration from July 13–15, 2023.
Bookmark the calendar for the gastronomic showcase at Shang Palace, Shangri-La Bangkok, and witness the delicious creativity created by Executive Chinese Chef Tan Kwang Aik, who is hosting Marvas Ng, Executive Chef of Path Singapore, who individually owns unique cooking skills but shares the same passion for crafting the finest ‘modern Asian’ fare to complete the Cantonese dining experience and elevate it to the top.
An evening eight-course menu is available at THB 3,999++ per person (THB 4,999++ with beverage pairing) or a six-course menu at THB 2,999++ per person (THB 3,800++ with beverage pairing).
As a special treat, guests who reserve dinner for July 13 will be invited to attend a masterclass session jointly conducted by both chefs earlier that afternoon (subject to availability).
