Bangkok’s Salvia Adds ‘Dry-Aged Delizia’ to Its À La Carte Selection

Bangkok’s famous osteria, Salvia at Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok, has brought a mouth-watering addition to its current á la carte menu, featuring some of premium pieces from Ranger Valley’s Black Onyx beefs.

To satisfy the needs of meat lovers, ‘Dry-aged Delizia’ comes with the the best dry-aged beef from the award-winning beef producer, showcasing the unforgettable taste and texture of aged 270-day grain-fed beef and 100% pure Angus beef to be presented as savoury cuts of prime rib Angus steak or well-marbled striploin steak, served with a full set of Italian-inspired sauces and side dishes for a marvelous dinner done in true Italian style.
