Throughout March and April 2022, Wah Lok Cantonese Restaurant at Carlton Hotel Bangkok will offer you an opportunity to try one-off dishes with Korean Spiked Sea Cucumber or ‘haesam’, containing a number of health benefits like niacin, vitamins, antioxidants, and more.

The menu from South Korea is available at the restaurant in 2 styles: Braised Korean Spiked Sea Cucumber Stuffed with Minced Shrimp (THB 1,100++) and Braised Korean Spiked Sea Cucumber with Minced Pork and Homemade Bean Curd in Chilli Sauce (THB 780++).
