When Spanish Meets Thai – The New Indulgent Sunday Brunch at Meliá Chiang Mai

Five-star Meliá Chiang Mai has unveiled the new mouth-watering ‘Brunch el Domingo’ – the Sunday brunch to be savoured twice a month from this July until September, featuring Spanish, Mediterranean and Thai delicacies.

Available on the first and the last Sunday of the month at Laan Na Kitchen, the Brunch el Domingo fulfills your afternoon with imported charcuterie, chilled prawns on ice, healthful Mediterranean salads and a live cooking noodle station. On offer are Tortilla Española, chorizo and bacon quiche; imported Manchego and artisan cheeses; a selection of cold cuts including Ibérico ham (jamón), Spanish sausage (chorizo), chicken ham, and smoked fish; soi curry noodle soup with grilled chicken; a large Paella; pan cooked fideuá; the hotel’s famous churros; fruit and marshmallow skewers to be dipped in a warm chocolate fountain; and many more.

The Sunday brunch will be held on 3 July, 31 July, 7 August, 28 August, 4 September and 25 September 2022, priced at THB 1,499 nett per person, THB 750 nett per child aged six to 12 years, and free for children aged five and below. A two-hour free-flow package with house wine, draft beer and soft drinks is THB 1,000 nett per person. In addition, you can enjoy ‘come four, pay three’ promotion if booked at least one week in advance with a non-refundable deposit.
