Award-Winning Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin’s ‘Winter Journey’ is Serving from November Onwards

During the upcoming cool season months, Bangkok’s one-MICHELIN-Starred modern-Thai restaurant, Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin at Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok unveils its new tantalising 16-serving ‘Winter Journey’, co-created by award-winning Chef Henrik Yde-Andersen and Senior Head Chef Chayawee Suthcharitchan.

The menu is inspired by Chef Henrik’s memories of his gastronomic experiences during his adventures, from Thailand to Japan and Europe, and creatively and tastefully portray his idea of the flavours of winter using finest seasonal ingredients. The culinary journey will start with the famed eight ‘snack and street food’ canapés, followed by Tom Yum Kung with a playful side, Spicy Hokkaido Scallop Salad with pomelo, King Fish Flan in Miso, Dino Fish with carrot and tamarind, Green Curry Snow Fish Cake, Duck Confit Pad Krapow with peas and quail egg served with aromatic Surin rice, and conclude with classic European desserts with a Thai touch.

The ‘Winter Journey’ will be served at Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin from 1 November 2022 until 31 March 2023 for lunch, with a selection of an eight-serving menu at THB 2,150++ and a ten-serving menu at THB 3,200++; and dinner with a 16-serving menu at THB 3,900++.
