One Day Only: Time-Honoured Indian Flavours at The St. Regis Bangkok on 24 April
On 24 April 2022, VIU Restaurant at The St. Regis Bangkok invites you to experience mouth-watering Exquisite Sunday Brunch, in collaboration with renowned Indian chef Ganesh Yadav, Executive Sous Chef from Indus Bangkok, featuring time-honoured tastes of Indian.
Featured on the one-day-only menu are historical Sikandri Raan, a seven-hour slow cooked pulled leg of mutton served with a flat flaky and fluffy bread called Malabar Parantha; Lucknowi Chicken Dum Biryani; Papadi Chaat, the popular street food snack found on street corners throughout the Indian capital; and Papadam.
On top of the special menu, the weekly Exquisite Sunday Brunch features an extensive selection of premium dishes, including all-you-can-eat Alaska king crab, Wagyu beef with truffle sauce, sea urchin (uni) pasta, a smorgasbord of Western and Asian food selections, artisan goat cheese, cold cuts including Parma ham and chorizo, a dessert corner with handcrafted pastries and a Belgium chocolate fountain.
